We currently ship within Australia only.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of trading cards, collectible products, and sealed TCG items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or change-of-mind refunds.
All sales are considered final once an order has been placed.
This includes (but is not limited to):

Change of mind

Incorrect purchases

Opened products
-
Sealed products that have been opened or tampered with

Buyer’s remorse
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at admin@crosscollector.com with:

Photos of the item and packaging

A description of the issue
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
For pre-order items, cancellation requests may be accepted before dispatch. However, refunds for cancelled pre-orders will only be processed after all pre-order stock has arrived and outstanding customer orders have been fulfilled.
Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on payment provider processing times.
