Cross Collector currently ships within Australia only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
During high-demand periods, product launches, pre-orders, or public holidays, processing times may be longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information where applicable.
Pre-Orders
For pre-order products, estimated release dates and shipping windows are provided as a guide only and may change due to supplier, distributor, or manufacturer delays.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be held and shipped together once all items are available.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept that release dates and dispatch timing may change.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather events, public holidays, or circumstances outside of our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.
Cross Collector is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels
Once an order has been dispatched and handed to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.
If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at admin@crosscollector.com, and we will do our best to assist with the claims process where possible.
