Orders may only be cancelled before shipment.
For pre-order items, cancellation requests may be accepted before dispatch. However, refunds for cancelled pre-orders will only be processed after all pre-order stock has arrived and outstanding customer orders have been fulfilled.
We reserve the right to cancel, refuse, or limit orders suspected of fraud, abuse, pricing errors, duplicate transactions, or unauthorized resale.

We currently ship within Australia only.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Cross Collector is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, courier providers, weather events, customs issues, public holidays, lost parcels, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Risk of loss and ownership transfers to the customer once the order has been handed to the shipping carrier.
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.

Due to the nature of collectible and sealed products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or change-of-mind refunds unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
